Examples where we'd grant a full refund
- If you were just charged for your next month of a subscription, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that charge.
- If you forgot to cancel your subscription a couple months ago, and you haven’t had any usage since then, we’ll give you a full refund for those months.
Examples where we'd grant partial refunds
- If you tried for a couple months for your client and you just weren’t happy with it, we'll refund your money partially based on activity.
- If you forgot to cancel a year ago, and there’s been activity on your account since then, we’ll review your usage and figure out a partial refund based on how many months had usage.
